Cassa Georgetown is the company’s contemporary, 118-unit townhome community located in Fort Lauderdale.  The exclusive gated community, which sells in the $250,000 range, is adjacent to the Central Broward County Park located on the north side of Sunrise Boulevard. With the first phase already sold out, only four units remain in the second and final phase.
