The principals of Paragon Group have been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly sixty (60) years. While most all of Paragon Group’s recent history is market-rate development, its roots can be traced to the affordable housing industry. As founding partners to two of the most prolific affordable housing development companies in Florida, the principals of Paragon Group have developed over 7,000 units of affordable housing in Florida and Georgia during the ’90s and early 2000s. These projects were financed by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Multifamily Revenue Bonds, 4% Housing Tax credits, as well as an array of local subsidies and grants.
