In 2019, Paragon Group opened the Client advisory division. The focus of this division will be to assist its client in the following areas:

•  Third-party Developer functions  for Multi-family Sponsors
•  Co-Sponsor for selected development projects
•  Consultants and Fee developers for Affordable and Workforce Housing Sponsors; from land entitlement through pre-development
•  Debt and Equity Raise
•  Pre-development financing
