Cassa Brickell is an 80 unit boutique condominium building developed and completed by Paragon Group in 2017. A few blocks from the world-famous Brickell Avenue, it is located in what is now referred to as Brickell’s Triangle. Cassa Brickell is located in the quietest corner of what is considered to be the most robust area of Miami. It received a Silver certification by the National Green Building Standards and boasts of the nicest rooftop and sundeck in Miami.

Paragon Group purchased the property in 2014 and handled all facets of development including obtaining approvals and entitlements, planning, permitting, and construction. Paragon Group formed a dynamic team combining the architectural talents of renowned architect, Carlos Ponce de Leon and the local firm of Anillo Toledo & Lopez. Together they designed a signature building the stands out amongst the many buildings designed during this period.

Cassa Brickell was the first to introduce the “Air House” to the urban location as well as street-level townhome units. The one, two, and three-bedroom units are considered amongst the largest units found in this market.

The final development cost of this project was $36 million dollars brought in under budget and on time. Paragon Group’s partner, The Solution Group completed the sellout of all units in the fall of 2017 and turned over the association in 2019.
