Welcome to innovation, open spaces, and community integration for all.
Cassa at Georgetown, developed by Paragon Group of Florida in conjunction with The Solution Group, was developed as a two-phased project consisting of 118 Townhome units. The project was started in 2013 and the first phase sold out in 120 days. The second phase commenced in early 2014 and completed in early 2015.
Georgetown, designed by world-renowned architect, Carlos Ponce de Leon, consisted of large two and three-bedroom units geared towards small families and incorporated modern furnishings such as stainless steel appliances, porcelain tiles throughout, and quartz countertops. Located in Lauderhill, Florida, its location was ideal as it was adjacent to the Broward County park and minutes from the Florida Turnpike and I-95. Georgetown was one of the first projects brought to market after the recession in Broward county.
